  • Maximum 3 guests; no extra overnight guests or visitors without prior approval.
  • Check-in after 2:00 PM; check-out strictly by 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 6:00 PM costs KES 3,000 (subject to availability).
  • No parties, gatherings, loud music or excessive noise. Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
  • No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony — KES 20,000 deep-cleaning fee.
  • No pets.
  • Wash used dishes, wipe the kitchen and stove, and take rubbish to the building bin area before departure.
  • Leave used linen and towels neatly on the bed — we handle all laundry.
  • Lock doors and windows when leaving; do not duplicate keys or fobs. Lost key/fob: KES 5,000.
  • Switch off lights, TV and geyser when not in use.
