Every suite has a smart TV with soundbar — sign in to your own Netflix, Showmax or YouTube account — and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Make sure your phone is on and unlocked, then tap "Resend prompt". If it still does not arrive, check that your line is registered for M-Pesa and you have not exceeded your daily limit, or pay by card.
