We are delighted to welcome you! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to keep our home in perfect condition, please observe these simple guidelines. By booking you agree to them.
- Maximum occupancy. Studios: strictly 2 adults (or 1 adult + 1 child under 12). No additional overnight guests or visitors without prior approval.
- Check-in & check-out. Check-in after 2:00 PM. Check-out strictly by 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 6:00 PM is possible for KES 3,000 (subject to availability).
- No parties or events. This is a quiet residential building — no parties, gatherings, loud music or excessive noise at any time. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- No smoking & no vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony. Violation incurs a KES 20,000 deep-cleaning fee.
- No pets.
- Cleanliness & kitchen care. Wash and dry used dishes, cutlery and cooking items; wipe kitchen surfaces and the stove; take all rubbish to the building's bin area before departure.
- Bed linen & towels. Leave used sheets, pillowcases and towels neatly piled on the bed. Please don't wash anything — we handle all laundry.
- Safety & security. Lock doors and windows when leaving. Do not duplicate keys or fobs. Lost key/fob replacement: KES 5,000.
- Electricity & water. Switch off lights, TV, fan and geyser when not in use, and please conserve water.
- Departure. Do a final walk-through so nothing is left behind, leave the apartment as you found it, and send us a quick WhatsApp: "Checked out – thank you!"
- Identification. Every adult guest must present original ID at check-in for the statutory guest register.
